Convertisseur d’horodatage UTC
Convertissez les timestamps directement en dates et heures au format UTC pur.
Timestamp → UTC and world cities
Seconds or milliseconds: the unit selector decides.
—
Comment ça marche
- The timestamp is decoded to one exact instant (unit: seconds, milliseconds, or auto-detect, which states its choice).
- That instant is rendered as wall time in UTC and in each listed city’s IANA zone; every offset is resolved for the exact instant, so daylight saving is correct for the date in question.
- When a zone’s calendar date differs from the UTC date, the row says so (previous day / next day), which prevents cross-zone confusion.
Bon à savoir
- Cities that share a zone show identical times by definition; for example, New York and Washington, D.C. are both America/New_York.
- Offsets move with daylight saving: New York reads UTC−05:00 in winter and UTC−04:00 in summer, resolved here for the timestamp you enter.
- For a zone not listed, use the World Clock, which accepts any IANA zone identifier.

Foire aux questions
What does “UTC” mean?
Coordinated Universal Time, the primary time standard by which the world regulates clocks. It has no daylight saving and no offset: timestamps are defined against it.
Why show multiple cities for one timestamp?
It answers the common question “what time is that here and everywhere else?” in one step, useful when an API timestamp needs to be coordinated globally.
Are the offsets fixed?
No. Each zone’s offset is resolved for the exact instant of your timestamp, so daylight saving is reflected automatically for the date in question.
